I've been taking my cars to Cole's for years and have never doubted the quality of work or their integrity. They have never charged if they could not figure out what the problem was and Chris cut a labor bill in half on my transmission because he could not get the whine out of it. This was despite the fact that it shifted the best it EVER had - even completely new - and that I was happy with the work. You could not do any better.
