I went there for a manicure and the rudeness began the moment I walked in. The tech was polite,but never spent a day in cosmotology school. She had no idea what she was doing I had to tell her a few times what to do. The owner had to come and finish it was so bad!! I should have known empty at lunch is a huge sign they suck. I think i will call the board because she pulled a cuticle cutter from a drawer and was pulling off dead skin before trying to use it on me. It has to come fromt the autoclave first. YUCK.... 15 bucks for my nails to look like my nephew did them. uneven -slow work- and bad service over all.
