Services from the therapist were good. Billing department has been a nightmare. The office requested payment in full even though I have insurance. Insurance also payed and they have kept both payments. For two months I have been unable to even speak to a person about a refund of my overpayments. No response to voice mails, emails or written correspondence. Very unprofessional. I would never use them again.
