The Ebert's were very professional. Some of the attorneys at the hearing did not conduct themselves with what I would call appropriate conduct. I was very pleased to be represented in a very professional manner. The whole staff was extremely helpful and polite. They responded to all of my emails in a timely fashion, they made me feel very comfortable and I got exactly the level of service for the fee I paid.
