Military beware: this company is aware of our PCS situation, and will purposely delay, obfuscate, and try to ignore lease terms. They are slow to respond to house problems or needed repairs, and will do their best to keep your security deposit. Avoid them at all costs. If you're already dealing with them, take lots of photos/vids of house before vacating, and consult with your JAG. These guys will tell you how much they appreciate us military, right as they're bending us over and picking our pockets. -- 22-yr military officer with 12 PCS moves, homeowner (and landlord), and MBA.
