Every time that I go to MacDonalds in Poulsbo, I receive extremely poor customer service. The last time, I paid for the wrong order and then had to argue with the manager to get my money back and pay for my own order. He told me that the other order was cheaper (it was not). Sadly, this happens way too often there.
Also, we always have something wrong in the order (don't receive items or the items are not as requested). Glad we have other choices now...
