Good: The sales rep, Bo, was pleasant to deal with. Bad: The finance reps would not listen. I felt harrased and pressured to purchase overpriced optional service/warranty packages. I said no a dozen times, then they brought in another finance rep to tag-team us. We also ended up with our financing through a bank I had repeatedly refused. We were completely ignored and they refused to rectify the situation and will not return calls.. more
