My experience with homepointe has been very good. I originally worked with Alex, Who was very helpful going through the rental process, The process itself was quick and easy. I Must admit i was a bit frustrated with homepointe in the beginning, because i was unable to make my rental payments online. Finally i was told that you were updating your system, which is what was causing the delay. Since the system has been upgraded, making payments online has been quick and easy, which is very important in my busy life. Andy has been very responsive to my emails which is a big plus, i know that if i email him with a question, i can expect an answer within 24 hours. He has been very helpful and easy to work with. I would rate Homepointe a 9 on a scale of 1-10 and i would rate Andy a 10 on a 1-10 scale.
