This place is GREAT. I have nothing but good things to say. I'm now living in another state and even when my friends have possible emergencies with their pets, I recommend that they call Friendship Hospital (to get advice before deciding whether to go to the emergency animal clinic or not). The staff at Friendship always give me good advice and ensures that my pet receives good care. One night (in the middle of the night), I was about to hop into the car to bring my pet to see them and they reassured me that she would be alright if I waited until the morning. They said that if I used their emergency (middle of the night) services, I would be charged a lot more. This sort of honesty and concern for the pet AND its owner was really surprising - in a good way.
