They cared for our cat and dog over a period of 9 days. Including walking the dog and allowing her time out in a yard. I felt it went well. Both cat and dog appeared healthy and well cared for. The dog had been bathed before coming home, too, which was a plus for worn-out travelers who had a lot of other things to do.
