I took my tv to a big local chain for repair. They told me it would be 3months because they ship all their repairs out of state. I then took it to a local shop where the owner was rude; regardless, I left it there to be fixed. After multiple phone calls and a little over a month, the guy said I should junk it cause it would cost too much to fix. He then tried to sell me a new set. I paid well over 5K for my tv so I took it to glenn poors tv. The people there were very friendly. I received a call within 3 days with an estimate of $248 for the repair and got it back before a full week had passed. These guys are great, I recommend them to anyone I can.
