I want to pass on a real thank you to Cliff and especially Bob for the outstanding help they provided me today. I was really uptight with the problems that I was having with my PC computer after just having it serviced by JBT. But by golly, Bob took the time to carefully understand and go over my problems, and solved every one of them successfully. He also took the time to answer some of my computer questions.I was also having a minor problem with the new Acer laptop that I bought from JBT last week. Bob also solved this problem in quick. Two great guys.
