I have 97 Toyota Tacoma, starter failed this AM. Called 4 dealerships. needed repairs done TODAY. I called on 4 dealerships. 2 did not have starter in stock. Stevens Creek manager never returned my call after our conversation. Called Peircy in Milpitas. They had the part and would replace while I waited. FIRST CALL TO THEM WAS AT 1130 AM, WORK WAS COMPLETED AT 135 PM !!!! QUOTE WAS 435.00, FINAL WAS 408.00 ! And they washed my dirty truck. new , clean, and extremely friendly. Tech cleaned batt termninals also.
I will be back to this dealership !
