I have used Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair three times, it has been a good experience each time. The last two times I worked with Tony, and Tony has always been great. The first time wasn't that great of an experience, and I wasn't going to go back there, but Tony handled the situation. Now I am very comfortable going back and comfortable recommending them. The two times previously I went to them because my engine was leaking oil. They needed to replace a bunch of seals. The last time I went there because I had a radiator that needed repairs. I think their manager Tony really understands customer service. The first guy I saw was rude and disrespectful, but Tony took care of it. Tony is very respectful of customers. He had the work done, and if there was an issue he made sure it was taken care of. It is good work.
