WOW! I just read some of these reviews and I do not agree. First off, anytime you take a pet out of their environment, things are going to sometimes happen. They are in fact animals, not humans. Unfortunately many people treat their pets as humans. I have personally seen 2 family dogs that live together day by day, suddenly turn on one another for no apparent reason. They were staying at another family members home when they suddenly went after each other. If your pet is not used to being boarded or boarding for long periods of time, then you have to be aware that things happen. They are unfortunately unpredictable. I know that you can tour the facility and call anytime.
Secondly, fleas. Fleas are everywhere. My vet told me that since we did not have a cold winter, fleas and ticks are going to be worse. Also, she told me that the more you wash or get groomed; the flea and tick preventative wears off. WOW light bulb. My pet gets wet a lot. So they told me to apply the preventive sooner or change to the next brand up. Did you bother to ask your vet these questions? As far as the coccidiosis goes. Did your vet explain to you the following General information on coccidiosis in canines: 1. Coccidiosis is an opportunistic disease it generally affects stressed animals.
2. Kennel conditions provide ideal circumstances for an outbreak. Stress! Again, education instead of judgment. Not that hard to do.
Next, did you ask the groomers at Noahs to do whats call a straight thru? Most groomers do that upon request. Again, education before judgment. And lastly, about pricing, wow! Noahs vets uses laser and not a blade. Ouch! Do you know the benefits of the laser or laser therapy? Noahs offers a whole bunch more than just boarding and grooming. They have the top of the line surgical equipment. When I saw how much pain my 1st cat was in after her surgery with a blade and then I asked about my 2nd cats surgery with a laser, NO CONTEST!
