My wife and I wanted to let others know how much we appreciate The Service Representative (Sammy) at the Honda of Oakland dealership. Not once or twice but every time we have been in the shop for years he has come through for us. I recently had trouble with the car alarm programming of my 2003 Civic Hybrid. I was on the Peninsula and stopped into a dealer there and he said it would be $150.00 to look at it. So I took it to H of O ,Sammy fixed it in a flash and wouldn't take any money. As for the service, they have always done right by us. Just say'n "Sam's the man"
