I'am currently going through the renting process with emerald pm and they seem to be very professional and understanding to some of my reasons for past decisions that weren't very smart on my part. I don't have the best credit and desperately need a place to live as soon as possible. this company has been more then professional with me and my situation. The staff has been very friendly. No bad reviews so far.
