This place is anything but relaxing. While the staff is friendly, and I was offered water upon arrival, the "industrial" decor leaves much to be desired. My stylist gave me good advice on product purchase, but COMPLETELY ignored my cutting requests, telling me, "You will hate your hair in Florida." She refused to cut fringe, saying that when I sweat the fringe would stick to my head, and be annoying. She did not stack the back as I requested, even though she agreed it would be a good look for me. I just moved here and this was my first 'try' at a salon. I will follow other recommendations and try another Aveda Salon.
