Sammy was very helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to address my needs. He also took his time to explain why it was important that I have the servicing he was recommending, in a way that left me feeling confident I was making a good decision. The vans were readily available to take me home and to pick me back up when my car was ready and both drivers were very sweet and kind. Having the van service is extremely helpful. I've always felt Honda Oakland was a great place to take my car and I continue to feel the same way!!
