We hired AAA to transport a wedding party one way to the venue. We were firmly reminded to make sure we were on time or the charge would be increased. The pick-up time came and went. No limo. They arrived 1/2 late after I contacted them to find out where they were. Apparently the driver was confused because of the daylight savings change (which occurred three weeks earlier. No offer to make it right. An apology after the fact would have gone a long way. Not particularly professional. and probably wouldn't use again. Really disappointed.
