I found this hotel a pleasant and affordable option in Ojai and I feel some of the earlier reviews don't reflect my experience this hotel. Service was very friendly and helpful and the lounge and the rooms had recently been refurbished - it's nice, but not luxurious, which is reflected in the price. The hotel is next door to a nice restaurant and walking distance from the town center. The hotel also has bikes on loan if you prefer to cycle. I suppose the pool could have been a little cleaner, but it was quite cold and I was probably the only crazy person that wanted to swim. Also enjoyed the warm welcome from the cat.
