I was very happy with the saleman, Steve Fitzgerald. I went into Bertera knowing what I wanted and he found me the right car to fit my needs. I wasn't so happy when the sales manager stepped in and threw his two cents in. He seemed more interested in closing a sale than listening to my needs and because of that he almost lost the sale! I bought the next day because of Steve and because he found me the right car!
