I have a large screen Mitsubishi projection TV that had two problems. The convergence was wrong on some of the inputs and the TV stopped turning on. I called a number of TV service companies and from the initial phone call Alex Audio and Video was the most knowledgeable. They told me the right way to transport my TV, gave me an affordable estimate and completed all the repairs within the estimate amount. I got the TV back and the projection lenses had also been cleaned, also even though this was not part of the estimate. The picture is spectacular, just like when we first got the set. Alex has won my trust and I would not hesitate to recommend Alex Audio and Video to anyone.
