HORRIBLE!!! AWFUL!!!! They shouldnt request a rating for this at all. They offer the kind of services that SHOULD NOT be out there! I would be ashamed to work for that hotel. I spoke to the front desk clerk to try to book 10/15rooms for a group. I was transfered to Katie, I left a message and NEVER got a call back. I called again and was transfered to Laural who said was going to "email" me the special rates for group but NEVER DID until I, for a 3rd time, called back and complained. I asked for a manager several times but they were NEVER around! I would love to speak to the OWNER to do part of the AWFUL services they're providing. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
