Any time we have reported a problem assistance has been prompt and thorough. On one occasion when we were gone for a few days, a freeze and thaw resulted in a leak in our basement. The problem was discovered and corrected before we returned home. We feel free to call the maintenance people at any time. We appreciate the availability of the club house for various group meetings - like the pot luck dinners.
