Good: Last technician was acceptible after two years of incompotent staff. Service manager is disreputible and avoids calls should be fired.. Bad: Very little, will never use these people or step foot in one of their stores. Nothing but excuses, they failed to provided adequate chemicals to keep poor at a clean and healthy level.. Improvements: Service is a joke, problem after problem. In this compettive world you as a consumer loose if you choose Island Recreation. .. Other: I was locked into a three year contract that is not worth the paper it is written upon. You have to to take them to small claims court for them to meet their obligations..
