I was referred to Honda of Bellevue sales staff person Mr. Tom Jorgensen by the Costco Auto Program. I came into this arrangement decided on what I wanted and with what minimum features. This was that it would be a Honda first, but with the further conditions of being an AWD 4 cyl. CR-V with a short list of accessories I felt would be essential to my needs. Even though I was very much decided, Tom's explanation and input helped me to refine my choices and make decisions in a very comfortable manner with absolutely no pressure nor hint of "up-selling." Over several meetings and a number of hours of what I'm sure was work for him, he patiently explained every detail involved and answered or found out the exact answer for every question we asked. In the end I would have to say that it was an all round positive experience, which was not what my long term history has informed me of concerning the purchase of cars. I am very satisfied with the experience and the purchase and readily endorse Honda of Bellevue and Tom Jorgensen.
