It was a pleasure dealing with Marty for this repair service. During my initial visit he took the time to research my complaint and found a bulletin that described an issue consistent with my complaint. Because parts weren't on hand, the repair couldn’t be accomplished then. After a date was identified for a return visit, he graciously accommodated my limited schedule and got the job done. Marty was helpful and courteous throughout my visit. From offering to help me carry items from my car to making a follow up phone call a few days after the repair to check how the car was handling, Marty showed genuine concern for this customer.
