This is long time coming, but then so was my vehicle, through no fault of yours or BMW of North America. I purchased a 328i sports wagon in September of 2010 for overseas delivery October 6 in Munich. I was really looking forward to the trip. However, I experienced a severe auto accident October 1 and was unable to take delivery. (My car was totaled sustained fractured ribs and severe bruising.) The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge the efforts of my salesman, Mr. Tom Curran, and one of your managers to make things whole. Initially I was told your firm could only provide a loaner vehicle for a week. It would take eight weeks or longer for my new car to arrive. Through the efforts of Mr. Curran, your dealership provided a new 328i sedan for the interim at no charge saving me several hundred dollars and your firm the sale. I really appreciate it. Your firm put customers first. My car arrived in early December and I love it. My experiences with Crevier BMW have been positive and I look forward to a long association. more
