I was always very happy with this strore between the customer service and friendly staff. When it came to return an item I was very dissapointed. My daughter received a lava lamp for her 8th birthday which she loved until she burned herself on it. I never realized how dangerous this item was until I felt how hot the lamp got. I explained this to the owner and she could care less that my daughter burned herself. She was not happy that the item was opened and she had to give me a credit. Very big mistake I will not give them my business anymore.
