Very disappointed. I have been using their service for many years. However, today it all changed. I requested for pick up 6 hours before with a confirmation from the dispatcher. The driver was late for pickup. While I was waiting inside, because of the cold weather, driver called saying he was here (which he wasn't) and just left. I called the dispatcher and he was very rude. I politely requested for another pick up and his answer was we don't do pick up from your area (Center City) any more. I tried to talk to the dispatcher, but he kept hanging up the phone. I felt that this was very unprofessional and never I was treated this way. more
