I purchased a dress that was a size specified by the measurements of my daughter. When I received the dress it was 2-3 inches bigger and the dress did not fit at all. I was told that all sales are final and they could not do anything. This dress is most likely mismarked with the size but they don't care. They only want your money and then you are screwed. I have contacted American Express to help with this horrible buisness. I will never do business with them again.
