Trolley Court is a decent place if you are on a fixed income. Your rent covers everything and the staff is available 24 Hrs to help. The units are small but if you want save money,live downtown, be close to the Trolley and Bus Stops this place will do. P.S. The have a new manager who is great to the tenants.
