This hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. We stayed at this hotel because of a great deal we received through a website. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The sheets had some stains on them but otherwise were clean. The bathroom was clean with all the little extras of shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. Room service was good; food was at the right temperature and the waitresses were friendly. The restaurant had some wonderful food for supper. The hotel itself is a little old but we loved the spaciousness of the room. but overall it was a positive experience.
