I was excited - it was THE day to shop for my dress. The second store I went to that day was Papers & Petals in Burlingame. I was in a great mood until... The woman that "greeted" me was obviously frustrated with someone else and did not even bother to hide it with me. She said that I had to wait for the fitting room, which was fine because I was a walk-in. But pretty soon I realized that no one even remembered (or cared) that I was there anymore. When I asked for some assistance again, I was told (kind of rudely) that still no one was available to help me. I spent so much time waiting there just to be told that no one could help me? I can't speak for any other bride-to-be, but I did not appreciate this kind of service. I left and never even want to hear about that little shop again!
