Horrible experience, we signed papers for a brand new truck that was to be delivered, when we recieved the truck it did not have the same features we signed for, now Crossroads will not hold up their end of the deal, sticking us with the the truck we did not want. If you use Crossroads make sure everything you agree on is in writing and go the extra step and have it notarized. We will never use Crossroads for any purchase or service in the future, ABSOLUTLY NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.
