Had Jarvis install appliances six weeks ago. As part of the installation, some cabinet work was needed. A stainless steel filler was to be order to complete the installation. The installer estimated that it would be ready in a few days. I called the installer a dozen times over a six week period, and never recieved a call back. None. I finally called Jarvis and they anticipate that the stainless will arrive in a week. What a joke...And this is the company I selected because I thought they were responsive. more
