I am writing to compliment Kassundra at Austin Ranch. We were very impressed with Kassundra's work ethic, her professionalism and her enthusiastic attitude. Kassundra helped my husband and myself recently with a billing situation. We were charged a fee for housing a pet. I am highly allergic to pets and therefore do not own any pets. She took the time to listen to the facts and research our circumstances. Kassundra is a lady... very classy and professional. We are very thankful that such a professional woman is working in management at Austin Ranch.
