I called Generation Kia and spoke with Willie. After initially helping me out, he failed to call me back on several occaisions. Having a buyer for my vehicle hanging in the balance of their inadequicies, I caved in and called them. I calmy explained the short time frame i had and needed to know where this sale stood. With money in hand and ready to buy a Kia, I was rudely sent to voicemail at least 10 times. After losing the first buyer for my vehicle, I lost it. I called and demanded an explantion as to what was going on, keep in mind that this was in a span of one full week. Finally I got in touch with my salesmen and he explained I was approved for a loan. Finally all done right? Nope! Turns out the price of the car drastically rose from $18000 to $23000. do the math, that's a $5000 dollar increase. SCAM ARTISTS!!I decided that this was a bad omen and pulled out of the deal. When I called back the following day I was told to speak to accounting about my refund, when i told John that I would also like to speak to a manager he said no! then hung up on me 3 times. Please don't buy a car from here, you will get ripped off. !!!!!!
