Charlie was extremely quick to respond to my request and was extraordinarily helpful. I never felt he was rushing to just get in and get out and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. There was no visit fee, and in fact he determined we didn't need any work performed and gave us some tips to prevent future problems.
