Good: They use to have Excellent Bakery, Key Word Here ( USE TOO! ). Bad: seems they have hired help maybe at a lower wages, because the Quality has Changed! Like they do not take Pride in their baking, very dry, not taking the time to decorate to look nice.and the Help Needs to speak and understand ENGLISH!!!! REMEMBER THIS IS AMERICA, AND IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE AN ITALIAN BAKERY, NOT A SPANISH BAKERY!. Improvements: Add Love, Care, and take Pride in what their making, Be Considerate, Thoughtful and Kind in Communicating with the Customer.. Other: All of the above is the Key to a successful Business, without that Your going to fold sooner or later..
