Had a horrible experience with gel polish - a sloppy application that overflowed my nails. When I returned to get it removed, instead of using the solvent they first used a DRILL which cut dents in my nails, then they actually PRIED the gel off and TOOK A LAYER OF MY NAILS with it! And they didn't care who had done the sloppy work in the first place, or that I was a regular. I will never return there!
