I would give them a 5 star but the office staff is just awful! They are never friendly and they make me feel like I'm bothering them by asking questions. They are not helpful. The receptionist I can tolerate but the "check out" person is just awful. It's the one man that I always see and he is just not friendly. He just hands me paperwork without telling me anything and even forgot to give me the referral until I reminded him and then he went on to tell me that there was no referral..and argued with me when I saw the paper on his desk!! So frustrating.
LOVE the doctors and the nurses...would love it if they switched out the office staff.
