I was extremely nervous about purchasing a new car. I had gone to a couple of dealerships and they made promises that when it came down to it they could not do!!! All of that changed when I went to Passport Nissan in Alexandria. I worked with JD Pittman and he was absolutely amazing. Every promise that he made he kept. He was able to make all my anxiety disappear. He answered all my questions and just made me feel like I was part of the Passport Family!! His knowledge of the different vehicles was amazing and taught me so much more than I knew about the vehicle I thought I knew everything about. Working with him was an absolute pleasure. After I picked the car that I wanted I worked with Derrick Evans in Financing. I have to say I was very impressed he explained all of the different warranties in great detail and asked me questions so that he could help me pick the warranty that was right for me not just a standard warranty. Like Mr. Pittman he was great to work with, he made me feel completely at ease. I have recommended them to everybody that I know and in the future I am planning to only purchase vehicles thru them!!!
