I have notoriously difficult straight hair that always sticks out around my ears when I get a close cut. James does something with his scissors that makes that not happen. I think there's some "texturing" going on as well (not really sure what that means) but I know that I get a ton of compliments and have to do very little after the shower to get it looking just right. James is the man.
