recieved a pressure washer for x-mas that i didnt open to use for around a year. Opened it up and it would not start it all, so decided i should take in to be fix. Aj was the closest place to took there. I paid the 35 dollar fee for them to tell me what is wrong and how much it would be to fix.After a few week of waiting a called and asked how much it would be to fix. The lady told me it maybe under a warrenty thru the maker. well afgter calling many people to find that it wasnt i decided to go back up there and see how much it would be to fix. They told me around 300 which the presssure washer brand new is the same. price. Told them i would just go ahead and take the washer back and not get repaired thru them , They told me go around the side and they would load it up for me. The Unit they loaded was in a million peices and half of itwas in a box full of misc. parts.I couldnt believe a gave them a brand new unit never used, and they gave me back nothing but trash because i decided that the price was way too much!! I would never go there to get anything fixed again. As soon as you give them the money to look at it.....they will charge whatever they want and if you dont pay it...you will get your machine back in pieces. DO NOT GO THERE!
