You have to dial 512 978-9895 before you can reach this place. It is the 512 that enables connection. HOWEVER, they will not take anyone unless you are an established patient at one of their Medicaid/Medicare clinics and they don't care if you are in paid and have no information as to where you can get help. I do not know who they service really.
