Beware - They advertise on craigslist through an exclusive broker - CitySites. The whole process of renting through them was a nightmare. The manager is vindictive, dishonest and bipolar. The properties are poorly maintained. There are other, better landlords with cheaper, higher quality properties. Look elsewhere. This is not a company with a heart (not sure what that other reviewer was smoking). You can pay your rent on time and he will still treat you like trash.
