Good: cheap. Bad: Terrible customer service, appointments not honored, disgustingly dirty beds, no refunds for a horrible experience.. Improvements: Cleanliness, lesson in customer service, a refund policy.. Other: I highly recommend avoiding this place. Aside from the possibility of contracting some skin disease, the service is "lacking" to say the least. Spend the extra buck and go somewhere in which customers are appreciated..
