I went to Dr. Danyi because I needed a new prescription. When I went back for the glasses, they were horrible - I couldn't see out of them. They told me, just try them for a few days. I couldn't. They then checked the glasses and found that they weren't right. A few weeks later they called and said they were ready. Tried them on, and again I couldn't see out of them. With a room full of patients, they told me that they had to be right, and again told me that I should just try them for a few days. And again I told them I couldn't. After hassling with me for about 20 minutes, in front of everyone waiting, making me feel that it was my fault they weren't right, they again checked the glasses and found, again, that they were the wrong prescription. It had been several months since I heard from them, and they finally called to say the glasses were ready. I'm not going back to get them. They humiliated me in front of everyone that was there, and I'm not going to subject myself to that again.
